Base Salary
$110k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead platform engineering initiatives delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Drive software development lifecycle execution across multiple teams while ensuring availability, fault tolerance, and operational reliability.
- Architect intelligent software systems incorporating AI agents and model-driven design.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on architectural standards and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Identify improvement opportunities and foster innovation, continuous learning, and adaptation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus five years of software engineering or related experience, or seven years of such experience.
- Extensive platform engineering leadership experience with scalable and reliable cloud-native architectures.
- Experience designing distributed systems for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
- Expertise in software development lifecycle management, including testing and incident response.
- Proficiency in technical solution design, model-driven design, and engineering best practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions across teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Preferred master’s degree in a relevant field plus three years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
