Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to identify business challenges.
- Define, create, and showcase solution prototypes with business users.
- Build and present customized product demonstrations for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
- Explain the business value of the Sigma platform to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Provide product, technical, and security responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Advise customers on integration and data migration approaches during enterprise sales cycles.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently and meet assigned quarterly and annual objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Support.
- Develop and maintain product, sales, and technology expertise through relevant certifications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of business intelligence experience.
- Strong customer relationship and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong understanding of database concepts.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Fivetran or Matillion, or with traditional ETL.
- Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions or proofs of concept.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical and business experience.
- Ability to travel 25%.
- Preferred: experience at a SaaS company or with cloud architectures.
- Preferred: experience with data analytics business use cases.
- Preferred: startup experience.
