Base Salary
$133k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy software continuously, with daily or more frequent deployments.
- Create and contribute to technical specifications and testing/rollout plans.
- Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to address the right problems.
- Mentor and sponsor teammates to foster their growth.
- Work across teams to influence the future of engineering at Pilot.
- Support software and services as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with Python in a production environment.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Terraform and AWS.
- Understanding of the frontend ecosystem and related infrastructure tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
- Capability to write well-structured, well-tested, and maintainable code.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and teach others.
- Remote employment available only in specific U.S. states.
