Base Salary

$102k - $219k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions according to platform best practices.
  • Administer ServiceNow configurations, workflows, data quality, and platform readiness using low-code and no-code capabilities.
  • Develop workflow automation with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, and automation that improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations for business processes and data exchange.
  • Manage platform security, user and group access, roles, role relationships, and Access Control Lists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
  • Coding experience with one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Azure cloud-native application design, development, and deployment is preferred.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered business solutions that improve productivity, automation, and user experience is preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management and Software Asset Management implementation and support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, distributed systems, API integration, and engineering best practices is preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform is preferred.
