Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of POS and payment systems across frontend applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, test suites, and regression testing strategies.
- Identify, document, track, and communicate defects, risks, test results, and coverage gaps.
- Develop testing utilities, scripts, and tools to automate repetitive quality assurance tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of software quality assurance experience focused on POS and payment systems testing.
- Require experience with end-to-end testing across POS platforms, APIs, and backend services.
- Require hands-on API testing with Postman, including collections, scripting, automation, and validation.
- Require experience using Splunk and Datadog for log analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, and dashboards.
- Require experience with test automation frameworks and tools including Docker, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Android Studio, Xcode, IntelliJ, and VS Code.
- Require the ability to create test plans, test strategies, and detailed documentation aligned with business requirements.
- Require strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in Agile development environments.
