Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical evaluation process for accounts in the sub-250 employee segment.
- Engage with data engineers and platform architects to understand their use cases and design solutions.
- Troubleshoot schema design questions and integration challenges during the evaluation process.
- Build and deliver reference implementations and architecture recommendations.
- Partner with Commercial AEs to progress and close opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering.
- Contribute to technical playbooks and reusable POC assets.
- Participate in developer community events and build credibility.
Requirements
- Deep technical foundation in data engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Comfort with the modern data stack, including columnar databases and streaming ingestion.
- Some customer-facing experience in pre-sales or technical account management.
- Ability to drive technical evaluations quickly and remove blockers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about the business side of technology.
- Ownership mentality and comfort operating with autonomy.
