Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and architecture of full-stack Java applications using Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted workflows, into enterprise systems.
Provide hands-on development and guide engineering teams on best practices, code quality, and engineering standards.
Mentor and coach engineers across multiple levels and drive technical excellence.
Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to define technical strategy and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Oversee system performance, scalability, observability, and security across the stack.
Champion AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development velocity, reliability, and developer experience.
Facilitate technical discussions with clients and translate complex concepts into clear recommendations.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices for reliable deployments.

10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant full-stack Java development.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed system design.
Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Experience integrating AI/ML services or building AI-enhanced product features.
Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technical decisions.
Experience with observability, performance tuning, and secure architecture patterns.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
A mindset focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and using AI to improve engineering outcomes.
