Base Salary
$102k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Turn new agent ideas into working prototypes and partner through demos and seller pilots.
- Build agents, multi-step workflows, MCP servers, skills, tools, and plugins connected to Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, and internal sales systems.
- Build lightweight LLM evaluations using golden sets, LLM-as-judge scoring, traces, and quality, latency, and cost reporting.
- Harden successful prototypes with tests, telemetry, authentication, and Responsible AI review for production handoff.
- Write design notes, demonstrate work, share findings about models and agent tooling, participate in code and design reviews, and share on-call DRI duty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or a master’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications, including prompt design, tool or function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or agent frameworks.
- Experience building or integrating MCP servers or exposing APIs and data to agents as tools.
- Experience with agent frameworks or platforms such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Claude Agent SDK.
- Experience rapidly building hackathon projects, MVPs, demos, or internal tools, ideally with software reaching real users.
- Full-stack experience with back-end APIs, React/TypeScript front ends, and deployment to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience evaluating LLM output with golden datasets, LLM-as-judge scoring, prompt or model comparisons, or agent tracing.
- Working knowledge of Responsible AI practices including grounding, content safety, prompt-injection defenses, and PII handling.
- Daily fluent use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Ability to pass Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
