Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
Architect scalable, reliable, and observable distributed systems and microservices.
Optimize performance across APIs, data pipelines, and service-to-service communication.
Implement code quality, testing, and cloud-native deployment best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and frontend teams on end-to-end solutions.
Lead technical decisions involving system design, data modeling, and infrastructure.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
Troubleshoot production issues involving performance bottlenecks and distributed-system failures.
Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term engineering strategy.

Require 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience and at least 3 years of hands-on Go development.
Demonstrated expertise in Go concurrency patterns, goroutines, channels, and memory management.
Experience building microservices and distributed systems at scale.
Proficiency with gRPC, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures.
Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caching layers, and message queues.
Familiarity with automated testing and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, idiomatic Go code and lead technical discussions.
Preferred experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems; DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, or SRE practices; Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems; domain-driven design or clean architecture; and open-source Go contributions.
