Base Salary
$185k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently solve problems and deliver high-quality software with minimal or high-level oversight.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve product ambiguities and ship impactful features.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders to design and architect new features.
- Validate customer needs, gain team support, and rapidly ship minimum viable product experiments.
- Instrument and deploy product experiments using a data-driven approach.
- Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code for Truework’s significant scale.
- Monitor, investigate, triage, and resolve production issues for services owned by the team.
- Own product development from feature design through production release and collaborate on product launches and scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript or similar languages/frameworks.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Strong ownership from feature design through production release.
- Customer-centric, product-oriented, analytical, quality-focused, and collaborative approach.
- Desire to collaborate with external stakeholders and eagerness to learn, improve, and innovate.
