Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own significant parts of the marketplace, including the storefront and course platform.
- Develop and maintain recommendation and data systems.
- Collaborate with a small, empowered team to drive product development.
- Engage in market research and strategic thinking.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping features to a real user base.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, and Postgres.
- Strong understanding of data model design and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated agency and conscientiousness in work.
- Excellent communication skills.
