Responsibilities
- Partner with procurement teams to understand workflows, decisions, challenges, and supplier-related needs.
- Review customer conversations and system traces to identify where AI agents succeed, fail, or stall.
- Improve agent behavior by refining prompts, context, and tool use, and convert recurring failures into evaluation cases.
- Build product features, customer-specific adapters, and integrations connecting enterprise systems and data.
- Develop across APIs and frontend applications and take solutions from initial concept through production.
- Support customer rollouts, observe real user behavior, and iterate on shipped software.
- Bring recurring customer needs into shared product and platform improvements.
Requirements
- Around two or more years of relevant experience shipping production software for real users.
- Production experience with TypeScript or Python.
- Strong full-stack or backend foundations, including APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience building and shipping production APIs and investigating system behavior through logs, traces, or conversation histories.
- Experience iterating on software based on direct observation of real user behavior.
- Background in enterprise integrations, LLM applications, AI-powered features, or technical customer work.
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, or other frontend frameworks is useful.
- Strong communication skills and interest in learning procurement workflows and supplier relationships.
