Responsibilities
- Lead the full customer deployment lifecycle from initial discovery through production go-live.
- Work with customer operations teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.
- Convert customer processes into AI-driven automated workflows using the platform.
- Build customer-tailored prototypes and iterate based on feedback and changing scope.
- Feed deployment insights into product development planning.
- Develop standardized approaches and reusable components from deployment patterns.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of experience shipping production software.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, plus experience with NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
- Hands-on customer experience scoping, prototyping, and iterating on technical deliverables, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.
- Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions and empathize with operational workflows.
- Ability to independently own deliverables across the full technical lifecycle.
- Background in private markets, fund accounting, or financial operations is a strong plus.
