Responsibilities
- Build MVPs in close collaboration with practising tax advisors.
- Gather requirements from non-technical domain experts and translate them into technical implementations.
- Iterate rapidly on features using direct feedback from advisory teams.
- Own features end-to-end from scoping and requirements through production deployment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying production full-stack software.
- Fluency in spoken and written German.
- Proficiency with NestJS or an equivalent backend framework such as Node.js or Express.
- Proficiency with React or an equivalent modern frontend framework.
- Full-stack TypeScript experience is a strong plus.
- A code-first mindset without reliance on low-code or no-code platforms.
- Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and shape solutions.
- Experience in financial services, tax, accounting, or another regulated advisory domain is highly valued.
- Familiarity with German business processes or regulatory environments is a plus.
- Startup or early-stage experience is preferred.
- A university degree in a relevant field.
Benefits
- Salary range of 60,000 to 120,000 EUR annually.
- On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
