Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery from customer discovery and scoping through production launch.
- Work with customer operations teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.
- Convert customer processes into AI-driven workflows on the platform.
- Build customer-tailored prototypes and iterate based on real-world feedback.
- Bring deployment insights into product development planning.
- Develop reusable components and standardized approaches from deployment patterns.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of experience shipping production software.
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, including NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
- Hands-on experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to own technical delivery from scoping through go-live.
- Understanding of private-market or financial operations workflows.
- Experience with private markets or financial operations is a strong plus.
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving founding team in person.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €70,000 to €110,000 depending on experience.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- On-site role in Berlin, Germany, with regular in-person collaboration with the founding team.
