Responsibilities
- Partner with logistics teams to understand workflows and translate operational needs into system designs.
- Build AI-powered full-stack tools using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Integrate with enterprise systems including ERP, TMS, SFTP, and event queues.
- Construct reliable data pipelines for unstructured and multi-source data.
- Shape product direction and technical decisions with the founding engineering team.
- Own production software outcomes end-to-end from design through deployment.
- Maintain close customer relationships through regular travel to customer sites in Europe and Asia.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production full-stack applications or backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js; React or another modern frontend framework is a plus.
- Experience designing and integrating enterprise systems such as ERPs, TMSs, and external APIs.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for unstructured or multi-source data.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS.
- Ability to work autonomously in an early-stage environment and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites in Europe and Asia.
- Familiarity with GenAI or LLM architectures, including RAG, evals, and orchestration, is a bonus.
- Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is a plus but not required.
