Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, study system flows and data usage, and convert client requirements into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize software programs using Python on AWS.
- Design and execute test cases and scenarios, automate software validation, troubleshoot defects, and ensure code quality.
- Perform root-cause analysis, investigate problem areas, and recommend system improvements or modifications.
- Support software implementation, continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, status reports, MIS reports, and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily project status and progress with team members, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and maintain current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Python on AWS.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design and develop software, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to create and execute software validation tests and automate testing processes.
- Ability to document technical solutions, project activities, specifications, and status clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to complete training and certifications for skill development and remain current with programming best practices.
