Responsibilities
- Lead a full-stack application pod and drive end-to-end feature delivery from business requirements through production implementation.
- Define technical vision and architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing application solutions.
- Champion coding, quality, security, AI-native engineering, and Spec-Driven Development practices.
- Develop and mentor engineers while fostering technical excellence, learning, collaboration, and accountability.
- Partner with product, architecture, operations, and business leaders on technical roadmaps and critical issues.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI for scalable API and service development.
- Advanced proficiency with React.js and alignment to the Dell Design System.
- Experience designing, developing, and optimizing PostgreSQL-based solutions.
- Experience leading Spec-Driven Development pods and driving delivery through production implementation.
- Hands-on experience developing and operating applications in Kubernetes-based environments.
- Deep understanding of GitHub workflows, pull requests, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD automation.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted software engineering practices, including AI skills, MCPs, agents, copilots, and modern productivity tooling.
- Preferred experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Java.
