Responsibilities
- Design and implement REST and GraphQL endpoints.
- Create highly available, latency-sensitive, fault-tolerant microservices.
- Develop core infrastructure for processing large volumes of video streaming data.
- Enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services.
- Own small-to-medium platform features end-to-end.
- Collaborate as a key member of the platform team.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- At least 4+ years of experience building scalable web services.
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming languages like Python, Django, and React.js.
- Expertise in APIs (REST / GraphQL) and web backend design principles.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL / Postgres) and streaming pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud operations (AWS, Google Cloud) and service reliability management.
