Responsibilities
- Lead multiple project teams and development partners through all stages of complex software product and platform design and development.
- Manage relationships with internal and outsourced software development partners.
- Review software designs and project activities for compliance with development guidelines and standards.
- Provide architecture expertise, software systems leadership, and cross-organization technical perspective.
- Drive innovation and integrate new technologies into software systems projects.
- Evaluate software testing processes, write and execute test plans, debug systems, and use testing scripts and tools.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 6–10 years of experience.
- Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages.
- Experience with software systems architecture for products and solutions.
- Experience designing and integrating software systems across multiple platform types.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate product architectures, present design proposals, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
- Mastery of English and the local language.
