Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Use Unix shell scripting to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Debug and troubleshoot shell scripts and integrate them with other software components and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and work independently toward subject matter expertise.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members.
- Use version control systems to manage script repositories.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting and strong scripting skills for task automation.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting shell scripts.
- Ability to integrate shell scripts with software components and tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
