Base Salary

$145k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Act as a deep domain expert in a critical area of the platform.
  • Lead technically complex initiatives from design through delivery.
  • Design cross-team solutions and influence architecture across the organization.
  • Own features and systems end-to-end, including design, implementation, and support.
  • Build and evolve scalable, maintainable web experiences for global platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver intuitive customer-facing applications.
  • Apply full-stack engineering best practices across service design and performance.
  • Create and evolve services and APIs for mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Identify and implement improvements in performance and maintainability.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as ReactJS or NextJS.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
  • Solid foundation in building Single Page Applications and full-stack web applications.
  • Experience designing and operating distributed, high-throughput services and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven record of mentoring peers and influencing engineering decisions.
