Base Salary
$145k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a deep domain expert in a critical area of the platform.
- Lead technically complex initiatives from design through delivery.
- Design cross-team solutions and influence architecture across the organization.
- Own features and systems end-to-end, including design, implementation, and support.
- Build and evolve scalable, maintainable web experiences for global platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver intuitive customer-facing applications.
- Apply full-stack engineering best practices across service design and performance.
- Create and evolve services and APIs for mission-critical infrastructure.
- Identify and implement improvements in performance and maintainability.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
- Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as ReactJS or NextJS.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Solid foundation in building Single Page Applications and full-stack web applications.
- Experience designing and operating distributed, high-throughput services and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven record of mentoring peers and influencing engineering decisions.
