Responsibilities
- Manage, scale, and optimize production Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
- Design and maintain ArgoCD-based GitOps application delivery pipelines.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch stacks.
- Participate in on-call rotations, conduct blameless post-mortems, and reduce operational toil through automation.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve onboarding and the software development lifecycle.
- Lead and contribute to implementation projects involving the deployment, scaling, and monitoring of AI and agentic services.
- Support reliable, observable, responsible, and governed use of AI models and agents, including performance, cost, and safety monitoring.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience managing Kubernetes workloads, ingress controllers, storage, and networking.
- Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows and configuring and troubleshooting ArgoCD at scale.
- Strong familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in Go or Python and strong Bash scripting skills.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, Docker, containerd, DNS, and TCP/IP.
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with strong AWS architecture expertise.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tooling such as model integration, agentic frameworks, or AI-driven automation.
- Preferred qualifications include experience building Internal Developer Platforms with Backstage, familiarity with Istio or Linkerd, CKA or CKS certification, DevOps experience in regulated or financial services environments, experience operating AI or agentic applications, and familiarity with AI observability, evaluation, and cost or performance optimization.
