Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Document software solutions, specifications, project activities, status, reports, diagrams, and code comments.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on daily status, progress, quality risks, and delivery.
- Communicate with customers, capture requirements and clarifications, respond to requests, and obtain feedback.
- Consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces, specifications, and performance requirements.
- Complete training and certifications to remain current with programming practices and skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in AI/ML solution architecting.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce accurate documentation, reports, status updates, and code with clear descriptions and replication patterns.
- Commitment to quality assurance, customer focus, on-time delivery, and ongoing technical education.
