Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Assist with software design, development, maintenance, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution.
- Support live-service operations through monitoring, identifying bugs, implementing fixes, and maintaining deployed software.
- Participate in incident root-cause analysis and act on learnings to improve security, maintenance, and resilience.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, team members, and stakeholders on requirements, specifications, project discussions, and progress updates.
- Apply DevOps principles when building tools and use log data to inform decisions.
- Learn and support test automation, basic performance checks, and debugging.
- Share knowledge with early-career engineers and contribute to team development and capability building.
- Continuously develop technical skills, follow technology trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience is required.
- Ability to write and maintain clean, efficient, and documented code and troubleshoot software issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and contribute to team discussions.
- Understanding of traditional and agile best practices and methods.
- Ability to apply logical analysis to data, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions with guidance.
- Willingness to learn test automation programming tools, performance checks, DevOps principles, and AI concepts and terminology.
