Responsibilities
- Partner with logistics and operations teams to understand workflows and translate needs into system designs.
- Build fast, AI-powered full-stack tools using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Integrate enterprise systems including ERP, TMS, SFTP, event queues, and external APIs.
- Construct reliable data pipelines for messy, unstructured, and multi-source data.
- Shape product direction and technical decisions with the founding engineering team.
- Own outcomes end to end from design through deployment while writing production-ready code.
- Travel regularly to customer accounts across Europe and Asia and maintain close customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack applications or backend systems in production environments.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js; React or another modern frontend framework is a plus.
- Experience designing and integrating enterprise systems such as ERPs, TMSs, and external APIs.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining backend infrastructure at scale.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure tooling including Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience building data pipelines and handling unstructured or multi-source data.
- Familiarity with GenAI or LLM architectures such as RAG, evaluations, and orchestration is a bonus.
- Ability to operate autonomously in an early-stage environment and own outcomes.
- Clear, collaborative communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work hybrid from Berlin and travel regularly to customer sites across Europe and Asia.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus but not required.
