Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leaders, business analysts, and subject matter experts to identify and shape high-value AI opportunities.
  • Design and deliver AI and machine learning solutions from data preparation and model development through deployment and monitoring.
  • Build and maintain MLOps frameworks, governance processes, engineering standards, and operational best practices.
  • Develop generative AI and agentic AI solutions including RAG architectures, semantic search, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and LLM orchestration.
  • Deploy AI solutions across Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Snowflake.
  • Embed responsible AI principles, evaluation frameworks, safety controls, data security, and assurance mechanisms throughout the AI lifecycle.
  • Integrate external AI services and APIs into enterprise applications.
  • Act as an AI ambassador, coach and mentor junior colleagues, and support capability development across the team.
  • Work within Agile delivery teams and promote quality assurance and coding best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions from concept through production.
  • Strong experience implementing MLOps strategies, frameworks, and operational practices.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI and agentic AI, including RAG, embeddings, vector search, evaluation frameworks, and LLM orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Autogen, and Google ADK.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Studio, AKS, Google Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Snowflake Cortex AI, and Snowpark.
  • Strong software engineering skills with Python, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating external AI services.
  • Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Experience mentoring and developing colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline is desirable; a related master’s degree is also desirable.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or another highly regulated industry is desirable.
