Base Salary
$100k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack AI applications with frontend experiences and backend systems.
- Own projects through ideation, implementation, production deployment, and ongoing improvement.
- Develop search and retrieval services, tool execution layers, MCP servers, workflows, and intelligent agents.
- Create feedback loops and performance tracking systems to improve AI behavior.
- Debug complex systems, identify root causes, and implement reliable and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience shipping production code across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong programming fundamentals and experience with JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
- Backend development experience building workflows, APIs, state management, and asynchronous systems.
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Frontend experience building responsive interfaces with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
- Production experience applying LLMs or ML models in real applications.
- Preferred experience with AI evaluation, error analysis, feedback loops, LangGraph, Google ADK, Model Context Protocol, information retrieval, or search systems.
