Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI applications, including user interfaces, backend logic, and AI-agent interactions.
- Develop complex stateful, multi-agent systems and cyclic workflows using LangGraph.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy high-fidelity AI application MVPs using full-stack skills and Claude Code.
- Build and maintain automated LLM testing and evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, latency, hallucinations, and regressions.
- Stress-test the internal AI Development Framework and provide feedback to the core architecture team.
- Integrate AI capabilities safely and effectively into organizational workflows.
- Own applications from initial concept through production deployment with minimal supervision.
- Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- A proven record of designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications, especially multi-agent architectures.
- Deep production-level expertise with LangGraph and stateful, multi-agent workflows.
- Hands-on mastery of Claude Code, Python, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, testing dataset curation, and semantic logging and tracing tools such as LangSmith.
- Proficiency with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, and Milvus, relational databases, and unstructured data pipelines.
- Strong prompt-engineering skills and linguistic intuition for optimizing LLM performance.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with rapidly changing requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, product judgment, and self-direction.
- Ability to balance complex AI logic with intuitive user experiences and business value.
