Responsibilities
- Own and improve the reliability, scalability, security, and operational readiness of production and non-production environments.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational tooling.
- Implement monitoring, observability, logging, alerting, incident response, production support, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
- Troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, web servers, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Support cloud migration, platform modernization, vulnerability remediation, patching, disaster recovery, and operational documentation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy product features and enhancements.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Chef, Ansible, and configuration management tools.
- 5+ years of experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform and CloudFormation/CDK.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Harness, JFrog Artifactory, X-Ray, and SonarQube.
- Experience with ELK Stack and Splunk for observability and monitoring.
- Strong Linux administration skills, including networking, SSL/TLS, and system troubleshooting.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with Apache Tomcat, Apache Web Server, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
