Responsibilities
- Define and oversee end-to-end migration strategies, including ETL, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Provide technical guidance on Temenos T24 architecture, administration, configuration, and data structures.
- Supervise development using Infobasic, Core Java, EJB, J2EE, Informatica, and Temenos migration tools.
- Manage relational and hierarchical databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
- Apply core banking and wealth domain knowledge across Private Banking, Securities, Accounting, Compliance, AML, and GL structures.
- Prepare and validate migration strategies, data mappings, ETL process flows, reconciliation reports, and governance documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, IT teams, business stakeholders, data architects, project managers, technical leads, and customer representatives.
- Manage large migration teams, allocate resources, assign tasks, mentor team members, and oversee performance and delivery.
- Identify migration risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve critical issues.
- Support effort estimation, engagement assessments, pre-sales, project planning, resource allocation, and status reporting.
- Conduct training for clients and internal teams on migration tools and best practices.
- Interface with onsite coordinators and travel to customer locations when needed.
Requirements
- MBA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent, with 12 to 18 years of industry experience.
- Strong experience with Temenos Data Migration Tools, including DMX, DM Studio, and DM Framework.
- Expertise in Temenos T24 and Private Wealth Core.
- Experience designing and optimizing ETL processes and source-to-target mappings aligned with Temenos data structures.
- Experience with data transformation, validation, reconciliation, legacy system analysis, and data extraction strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management, including performance tuning for large-scale migrations.
- Experience with migration script development using Temenos tools and job scheduling tools such as AWA.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
- Prior client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large migration teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience with project planning, resource allocation, status reporting, mentoring, and training.
- Experience as a team lead in one or more T24 projects is desirable.
- Ability to build a quality culture, manage direct-report performance, foster teamwork, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status updates.
