Responsibilities
- Plan program code implementation, enhancements, and changes for IVRS systems.
- Research and develop advanced technology solutions throughout the IVRS application lifecycle.
- Perform complex IT project work on the IVRS Management system using automated voice software.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate projects from initiation through completion, including scope, plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, goals, and milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks, determine resource needs, and obtain signoff on deliverables.
- Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership across software development lifecycle activities, including design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Contribute to functional and general solution design, including security requirements.
- Build and deploy applications using web-based application tools and IVRS telephony tools.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and document test cases.
- Perform software unit, integration, and acceptance testing and design reports, audit trails, logs, and security mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication, or a related field, plus four years of related full-time experience and relevant specialization.
- Associate degree in a related field, plus six years of related full-time experience and relevant specialization.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, plus eight years of related full-time experience and relevant specialization.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to the stated qualifications may be accepted.
- Experience with IVRS NICE CXone or a similar platform.
