Base Salary
$157k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and an exceptional pre-sales experience for Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects and customers.
- Demonstrate ChatGPT and OpenAI API solutions by building and presenting demos, scoping use cases, recommending architecture patterns, and providing technical advisory.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on common pre-sales questions and requirements.
- Develop customer relationships throughout evaluation, validation, and purchasing processes.
- Gather customer feedback, identify cross-customer themes, and represent the customer voice in product planning.
- Address initial security and compliance questions, explain standardized collateral, direct customers to relevant resources, and escalate complex requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role with complex global organizations and C-level relationships.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and technical B2B SaaS customer requirements, including higher-level security and compliance support.
- Foundational training in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience delivering Generative AI or traditional ML prototypes and knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Ability to present and communicate business and technical topics to audiences including senior leaders.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn unfamiliar subject matter as needed.
- Humble, helpful, and collaborative approach.
