Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experiences by providing technical expertise.
- Demonstrate how OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT can meet business needs.
- Build and present demos, scope use cases, and recommend architecture patterns.
- Create and maintain documentation related to pre-sales processes.
- Develop strong customer relationships during evaluation and purchasing.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product planning.
- Address security and compliance questions and guide customers to resources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role.
- Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles for B2B SaaS products.
- Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
- Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
- Effective presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
- A humble attitude and eagerness to support team success.
