Base Salary

$180k - $325k/yr

Responsibilities

Build Wispr’s Android voice interface from scratch.
Improve the core Flow voice dictation experience.
Prototype and ship new voice interface features.
Design floating overlay UI/UX and integrate with accessibility APIs.
Deliver high-throughput, high-quality code with careful attention to UX, animations, and detail.

Previous founding or startup experience.
Fluency in Kotlin and experience shipping multiple Android apps to large user bases.
Built personal projects or contributed to open source in Kotlin.
Strong design intuition and attention to detail, especially for design and animations.
Care for code quality and user experience.
Strong programming practices, creativity, engineering excellence, and code velocity.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
