Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Execute risk-based manual and automated testing for the Unified Case Management application.
- Design, create, automate, and execute functional, non-functional, regression, system, and performance test cases and scenarios.
- Validate front-end web functionality, back-end data, reporting, ETL processes, and APIs.
- Write and modify PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for testing.
- Record actual results, compare them with expected results, document defects, and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare test and defect reports, contribute to software walkthroughs, and support requirement analysis and test coverage planning.
- Provide technical support for customer user acceptance testing and collaborate with government, non-government, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work within a SAFe scrum team to meet sprint goals and support software implementation activities.
- Test for Section 508 compliance using JAWS or similar tools.
- Work independently across multiple projects while managing customer expectations and business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of relevant manual and automated software quality assurance experience.
- Experience testing systems with complex data or workflow structures.
- Ability to write and modify PostgreSQL or SQL scripts.
- Experience with CodeCept or similar JavaScript or Playwright automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or TestRail is preferred.
- Experience with functional IT system or database testing, test automation, Agile or SAFe practices, and complex PostgreSQL or SQL data sources is preferred.
- Experience with data migration or maintenance activities, on-premise and AWS cloud environments, ETL, reporting, APIs, and Section 508 testing is preferred.
- CMS or medical data systems experience and an Agile certification such as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, or CSM are preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-work skills.
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust and have lived in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
