Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute moderately complex automated test scripts for UI, API, ETL, and data validation.
- Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report findings.
- Identify, document, track, and help resolve software defects using JIRA.
- Create test-case and test-result documentation using Zephyr.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams on application functionality, requirements, and testing strategies.
- Update Selenium WebDriver scripts in IntelliJ as applications change.
- Perform manual testing when needed and recommend automation improvements.
- Validate ETL tables and data pipelines with SQL and perform data reconciliation.
- Test and monitor AWS batch jobs on EMR, Step Functions, and Lambda; verify S3 outputs and Redshift loads.
- Provide guidance to associate automation quality engineers.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of overall testing experience with 1 to 2 years of automation testing experience, or equivalent automation training.
- Proficiency in core Java programming concepts.
- Experience with Selenium, Karate, JUnit, TestNG, UI and API functional testing, and debugging.
- Experience validating ETL tables and data using SQL.
- Knowledge of AWS services including S3, EMR, Step Functions, Lambda, and CloudWatch for batch-job testing.
- Knowledge of Git, Cucumber, JIRA, and Zephyr.
- Strong requirements-analysis, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Preferred: knowledge of design and estimation techniques and Jenkins continuous integration tools.
