Responsibilities
- Lead and drive an engineering team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard of quality.
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement enterprise software applications using Java and related technologies.
- Support and install software applications and operating systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in test review, analysis, witnessing, and software certification.
- Plan and accomplish complex goals with creativity, latitude, and sound judgment.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams and deliver projects across the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and building microservices.
- Working experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and flexibility to work during offshore overlapping hours.
