Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and lead best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams through complex projects.
- Ability to ensure software quality, scalability, and performance.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
