Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, identify technical risks, and recommend solutions to minimize user impact.
- Translate requirements into implementation plans, effort estimates, and task breakdowns.
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise software throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across geographies and participate in design and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and customer issues.
- Address application performance, reliability, scalability, and security considerations.
- Work with cloud platforms and container technologies, including database migration and performance optimization.
- Drive assigned work independently and complete deliverables on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of software development experience.
- Strong programming knowledge in C++ and Java.
- Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of Unix, databases, and RDBMS concepts.
- Experience with database migration and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD practices.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments through completion.
- Preferred experience with DevSecOps, multiple cloud platforms, and application performance, reliability, scalability, and security challenges.
