Base Salary
$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build new platform capabilities based on customer signals.
- Incubate platform bets end-to-end, from hypothesis to deployment.
- Embed with design partners to gather insights and translate needs into requirements.
- Collaborate with customer-tagged FDEs to deploy and debug solutions.
- Design and run pilot programs to validate new capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on architecture and production goals.
- Drive adoption by measuring usage and identifying improvement areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering.
- Proven track record of shipping 0→1 capabilities.
- Experience in high-ambiguity, fast-iteration environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage customer-adjacent technical work from scoping to adoption.
- Experience with systems design focusing on reliability, security, and governance.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
