Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from initial workload scoping through evaluation, integration, and production deployment.
- Design and run rigorous evaluations on customer production workloads, including success criteria, instrumentation, comparisons, and presenting results to engineering teams.
- Develop technical understanding of customer retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows, and code intelligence stacks, then design optimized Callosum workflows.
- Integrate Callosum workflows into customer environments and support them through stable production.
- Collaborate with research and platform teams to convert customer learnings into general product capabilities.
- Build shared team methodology, including evaluation harnesses, integration runbooks, and engagement standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated exceptional technical depth through production systems at scale, shipped research, or an early/founding role with end-to-end system ownership.
- Experience with LLM serving infrastructure, agent orchestration, or retrieval systems.
- Experience conducting rigorous evaluations or benchmarking work.
- Strong ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience working directly with external engineering teams in a forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or comparable customer-facing role is a differentiator.
- Familiarity with novel accelerator platforms is a differentiator.
- Experience at an early-stage company or in a founding-engineer role is a differentiator.
