Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Redesign architecture and business processes and build AI-, process-tooling-, and code-based automations.
- Collect business process data and create an enterprise process intelligence repository.
- Build and deploy process automation solutions using cloud platforms and SaaS products.
- Design and implement an enterprise meta-model graph representing the bank’s IT operations.
- Transform data into consumable data products and integrate analytics platforms.
- Implement, configure, and augment enterprise architecture and process-mining tooling.
- Develop scalable Python applications using microservices-based architectures.
- Apply secure coding and robust data-handling practices for regulated environments.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management.
- Drive technical design decisions, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and mentor teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, Claude Code, generative AI, LLMs, and modern programming languages.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data engineering, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, high-availability solutions, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, microservices architecture, API development, and backend engineering.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with architecture modeling, process modeling, enterprise architecture, and related frameworks and tools.
- Technical leadership, mentorship, engineering best practices, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Background in financial services, banking, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries, including knowledge of risk, compliance, and security standards.
