Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for national security applications.
- Define solution direction and select best-fit ML algorithms and technologies.
- Rapidly prototype, develop, and iterate on AI solutions such as chat systems, user-facing applications, and domain-specific copilots.
- Translate mission needs into refined, business-facing AI capabilities with Mission Integration teams and product stakeholders.
- Evaluate and tune AI outputs, including prompts, retrieval logic, custom heuristics, safety, and hallucination mitigation.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, MLOps engineers, and customers to deliver large-scale AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI and ML, or full-stack development.
- Experience developing use-case-specific AI solutions and adapting them across domains and operational requirements.
- Top Secret clearance and eligibility to access classified information.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred experience with human-in-the-loop evaluation, AI red teaming, conversational interface assessment, React, TypeScript, analytical dashboards, UX for conversational AI, Python, FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, or Gradio.
- Security+ certification is preferred.
