Responsibilities
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve issues across components of critical business systems.
- Analyze logs, system metrics, and system behavior to identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot complex software and hardware interactions in edge environments.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders.
- Contribute to support-process and tool improvements.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Edge Computing.
- Proficiency in Edge Computing.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing architectures and real-time data processing.
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex software and hardware interactions.
- Familiarity with network protocols and security considerations in edge environments.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on effective fixes and enhancements.
- 15 years of full-time education.
