Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Manage small development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern development practices and oversee the technical implementation of critical digital requirements, including cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Lead small project teams and design AI-enabled IT architectures that integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Communicate complex technical topics in German and English and work flexibly in interdisciplinary and global contexts.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
- At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, robotics, and modern software development methods and tools.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures and motivation to develop those skills further.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
