Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and strategy for enterprise application development.
- Deliver hands-on Power Platform development to streamline and automate organizational business processes.
- Develop application proofs of concept and minimum viable products for iterative business validation.
- Integrate Power Platform with Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Define back-end solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other databases.
- Assess business needs and recommend suitable technology stacks.
- Collaborate with delivery teams using iterative development and feedback practices.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience developing applications with Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
- At least 5 years of total IT experience.
- Advanced Power Platform and Dynamics development capabilities.
- Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Strong background in C# and .NET development.
- Expertise with Visual Studio.
- Experience working on a Scrum team using Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Strong communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365 are preferred.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, SPFx, Sass/CSS3, and HTML5 is preferred.
