Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end operational and support activities for the private-cloud infrastructure platform.
- Maintain platform stability, performance, reliability, and scalability for Financial Markets applications.
- Provide L2/L3 support to internal application teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure and platform operations.
- Manage server and infrastructure patching, vulnerability remediation, security monitoring, and infrastructure penetration-testing remediation.
- Support disaster recovery readiness, ransomware resilience, capacity management, and performance management.
- Perform storage and infrastructure migrations, NetScaler/Citrix upgrades, and user access management outsourcing activities.
- Integrate and tune Darktrace and maintain infrastructure, application, and security monitoring.
- Manage operational changes and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or DevOps roles.
- Strong understanding of systems administration across Windows Server, Linux, Citrix, and SQL Server.
- Experience configuring and maintaining infrastructure in data-centre environments.
- Experience with monitoring and observability systems, storage management, and backup/restore procedures.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, security and compliance monitoring, privileged access management, and disaster recovery processes.
- Experience working in large and complex IT environments.
- Strong delivery, change-management, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage clients and stakeholders.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, service-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Preferred: networking fundamentals involving firewalls, routers, switches, and connectivity.
- Preferred: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, YAML, Oracle, Zabbix, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Alloy, Citrix Studio, and VMware experience.
