Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow, including workflows, service requests, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
- Build service request fulfillment workflows from customer requirements.
- Automate tasks and business processes using ServiceNow scripting, Orchestration, web services, and SOAP calls.
- Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external applications and maintain data exchanges between systems.
- Gather business requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver ServiceNow products and releases.
- Build dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports.
- Analyze user stories and procedures to improve capabilities, automate workflows, and address scheduling limitations.
- Perform system and integration testing using sample and live data.
Requirements
- A college degree in a related technology field such as Computer, Engineering, or Science, or comparable job experience.
- Approximately 7–10 years of experience in a development role with progressively complex responsibilities.
- Mandatory ServiceNow CSA certification and any CIS certification; ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation and Performance Analytics.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, web design practices, authentication protocols, and application integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow applications such as FSO, Custom Scope, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, IRM, CSM, PPM, APM, ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, Agentic AI, Gen AI, SPM, or UI Builder.
- Familiarity with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or an equivalent tool for maintaining stories, and knowledge of current ServiceNow features.
- Knowledge of digital technologies such as machine learning, AI, IoT, and blockchain.
