Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build game-changing AI products to transform unstructured data in the insurance industry.
- Develop a copilot agent to enhance and automate natural language workflows.
- Create systems to extract structured data from millions of complex documents.
- Leverage advancements in browser agents to automate repetitive tasks for users.
- Maintain and release production systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data science or ML/data/software engineering.
- Understanding of LLM best practices including evals, RAG, fine-tuning, and observability.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work independently.
- Curiosity about various industries and their data/business contexts.
