Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve Enterprise Service Bus platforms for aviation ecosystem integrations.
- Operate and support Managed File Transfer solutions for secure and compliant file exchange.
- Ensure 24x7 availability and performance through monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and failure resolution.
- Implement security controls, encryption, and access management for data exchange services.
- Support onboarding of new integration partners and evolving data exchange requirements.
- Collaborate with application and architecture teams to design and troubleshoot end-to-end integration solutions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ESB technologies such as MuleSoft, WSO2, or IBM Integration Bus.
- Proven experience operating and supporting Managed File Transfer solutions.
- Understanding of secure data exchange protocols and standards, including aviation-industry standards.
- Experience integrating internal and external systems across complex, multi-partner ecosystems.
- Scripting and automation skills for monitoring, alerting, and operational support.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities in a critical 24x7 operational environment.
- Familiarity with aviation data standards, integration observability, incident response, API management, message queuing, event-driven architecture, or regulated and mission-critical IT environments is advantageous.
